Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with various schedule options and competitive starting wages. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment. Your responsibilities will include stock selection, product relocation, inventory management, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality and safety, alerting management when necessary.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
