1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. The position requires working collaboratively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments, maintaining strategic product placement.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to work efficiently, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
