Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI's team in ensuring efficient warehouse operations and timely fulfillment of orders. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in organizing, moving, and preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with colleagues and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
