1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week, starting with a competitive wage of up to $18.00 - $22.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Independently inspect product quality and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Support warehouse management in achieving goals.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Drive for success and execute with efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work within a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 45 pounds, operating powered industrial equipment, and moving merchandise in various warehouse environments.
