1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage ranging from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 1st Shift begins at 7:00 AM. Currently, we are hiring for Schedule B.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies with attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy products, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
