1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse operations at Aldi. Our team ensures that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores to meet the needs of our growing customer base. As a part-time team member, you will be working fewer than 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. Comprehensive training and safety programs are in place to equip you with the necessary skills for success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements through general cleaning duties.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist with achieving budgeted goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for product quality, safety, and impact on stores.
• Communicate and collaborate well within a team environment.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions effectively.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
