Position: 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse following guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning, participate in inventory counts, and communicate effectively.
• Provide input for process improvement, inspect products, and assist in achieving goals.
• Follow safety guidelines, report issues, and perform assigned tasks accurately.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain warehouse appearance standards.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• Interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
• Perform physical tasks in varying temperatures and warehouse environments.
