We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect and report product quality and safety concerns.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Operate equipment safely.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Effective communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and prepare deliveries.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and walk.
• Work in varying temperatures.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
