Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi family. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Perform warehouse cleaning tasks and inventory counts.
• Cooperate with colleagues, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
