Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for various tasks including receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments and prepare products for delivery.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
