Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic math skills for inventory management.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
