1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with your peers and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety issues.
• Operate equipment safely and report issues.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
