Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi team. As a vital part of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling and movement of merchandise in our warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock accurately
• Organize and relocate merchandise following warehouse guidelines
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes
• Inspect product quality and report any issues
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Demonstrated concern for quality and safety
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment
