Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As part of the warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
