Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse team plays a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently processed and delivered to our stores, contributing to the satisfaction of our growing customer base. This part-time position offers fewer than 30 hours per week, with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Contribute to inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback on process improvements to enhance warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Moving merchandise, bending, reaching, and operating equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
