Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and ensuring a safe and clean working environment. Your contribution will directly impact our warehouse operations and overall success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
