Warehouse Team Member

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, starting at $23.75 per hour. Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient delivery of products to our stores and customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to warehouse management.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, organization, and efficiency as per ALDI Acts competencies.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Perform various physical activities in different temperature conditions.
