1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the dynamic team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient movement of products from the warehouse to our stores, contributing to the satisfaction of our growing customer base.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are upheld.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficient organizational and execution skills.
• Basic arithmetic and communication abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
