1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Act and decide independently within responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientious and collaborative work ethic.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Experience operating industrial equipment is a plus.
