Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to enhance processes.
• Contribute to achieving budgeted goals and promoting product quality.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret policies and communicate effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
• Maintain a consistent level of physical activity throughout the shift.
