1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking to hire a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This position is full-time, with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage ranging from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for various duties like selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates positive attitude, resilience, and collaboration with the team.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
