1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, depending on shift and schedule. The 1st Shift begins at 7:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Work independently within designated responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving budget goals.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work conscientiously, collaborate with the team, maintain a positive attitude, drive for success, and organize tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varied temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
