1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient handling of merchandise and maintaining the warehouse's appearance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and assist in inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality and safety.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
