1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to meet safety requirements.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
