1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are currently looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour. As a valued team member, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties, including order fulfillment, merchandise handling, inventory management, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious, collaborative, positive, and resilient behaviors.
• Possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move and prepare merchandise for deliveries.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
