1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse team member, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform tasks accurately within company policies.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Attention to detail and follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
