Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member at Aldi. As a warehouse team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week at a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and quality control.
• Cooperate with team members and assist in achieving set goals.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and resilience to adapt to challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Physically able to stand, bend, reach, and work in varying temperatures.
