Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for efficient stock selection, relocation, sorting, loading, and warehouse cleanliness to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise efficiently.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvement.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate equipment safely.
