1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join ALDI. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in receiving stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse's efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
