1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a full-time member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise strategically for shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain communication with peers and leadership.
• Inspect product quality, contribute to process improvements, and achieve budgeted goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
