1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi team. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders from stores, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates quality, safety, collaboration, resilience, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered equipment.
