Job Description

We are currently hiring for 1st Shift Warehouse Team Members at Aldi. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a key role in handling merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse standards, and fostering effective communication within the team.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments, ensuring strategic preparation for delivery.
• Participate in inventory counts and contribute to process improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to warehouse procedures.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently while following ergonomic guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate commitment to quality, safety, and collaboration.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
