1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are hiring for the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member at ALDI. This is a full-time role with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage is up to $18.00-$22.00 per hour, with various schedule options available. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling and organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with the team and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively and provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Display conscientious behavior, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, and reach frequently.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
