1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking to hire a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member at ALDI. The position offers up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour based on shift and schedule. As part of the team, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in taking warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic proficiency.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
