Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards to ensure seamless store deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
