1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of $20.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and cooperate with peers and leadership for effective communication.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and inspect product quality.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to move merchandise, bend, reach, push, pull, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
