Job Description

We are looking for a First Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality and safety.
• Collaborate with team members.
• Adapt positively to challenges and change.
• Deliver excellent performance and drive for success.
• Organize and execute efficiently.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Strong communication and basic arithmetic skills.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move heavy products.
• Work in varying temperatures.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
