1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a valued member of our warehouse staff, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the timely fulfillment of store orders. This role requires attention to detail, collaboration with team members, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and quality control.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and efficiency in work performance.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift throughout the warehouse.
