1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. The position offers 30-35 hours per week, with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour based on shift and schedule. As a 1st Shift team member starting at 7:00 AM, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious acts, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and operate equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
