Position: 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocates merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sorts, loads, and unloads merchandise for shipment.
• Cleans and maintains warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participates in inventory counts and communicates effectively.
• Provides input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspects products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Performs tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.
• Operates equipment safely and follows ergonomic procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates responsibility, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented, follows instructions, and works well in a team.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds at various heights.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
