1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time team member, you will work an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 per hour. The 1st Shift begins at 8:00 AM.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, relocate, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates quality, safety, and collaborative work behaviors.

• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work in a team environment.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Moving merchandise, standing, bending, and operating equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
