Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dedicated team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. You will be responsible for various tasks including stock selection, merchandise movement, inventory management, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership to enhance processes.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and conditions.
