1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join the team at Aldi. As a full-time employee averaging 30-35 hours per week, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing orders for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and in a team environment, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Shifts

Choose from various schedules including A1, A2, B, C, and D, offering flexibility and work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, drive for success, and efficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
