Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock and preparing orders for shipment. This position offers up to $28.75 per hour, depending on your assigned shift and schedule.
Job Responsibilities:
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect product quality and safety, adhering to company standards.
- Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.
Job Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must be 18 years or older and demonstrate ALDI Acts competencies such as conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success. Additionally, you should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Education and Experience:
A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
- Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
