2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members and leadership. This position requires flexibility in working schedules based on different rotation patterns. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Participate in warehouse cleaning and inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety, reporting issues as needed.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Conscientious, collaborative, positive, driven, and efficient.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, good communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic, attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment.
• Physical agility including bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
• Work in variable temperatures.
