2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring accurate stock handling, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and suppliers.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and follow company policies.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
