2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient movement of merchandise within the warehouse, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a safe and organized working environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment safely and report issues promptly.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
