2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Aldi is seeking a 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join their team. The position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. This role requires cooperation with peers and warehouse leadership, adherence to safety guidelines, and proactive participation in process improvements.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, follow instructions, and work independently or as part of a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures, hot and cold environments.
