Job Description

We are hiring a 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This position offers up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Shift Details

• 2nd Shift starting at 3:00 PM
• Multiple schedule options available

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receiving and stocking incoming merchandise efficiently.
• Relocating merchandise in the warehouse following guidelines.
• Sorting, loading, and unloading merchandise for shipment.
• Performing general cleaning and warehouse inventory tasks.
• Interacting with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Providing input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspecting product quality and safety.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and moving products up to 45 pounds.
• Operating powered industrial equipment.
• Working in varying temperatures and environments.
