Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in receiving, relocating, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment.
